Booking Information:
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This fee is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We allow one reschedule attempt under extenuating circumstances, subject to availability and at The Image Muse's discretion.
- Travel, Permit, and Location Fees: Please note that travel fees, based on location, and additional permitting or admission fees may apply as needed.
IDEAL GROUP SIZE FOR THE IMAGE MUSE SESSIONS
At The Image Muse, our portrait experiences are designed to focus on intimate groups, ensuring that each person’s unique character is beautifully captured. We recommend sessions for up to six people to maintain our high standard of personalized, detailed photography. For groups of six or more, we’re happy to consider accommodating your needs. However, additional fees apply, starting at $50 per extra person. Approval is required to ensure we can deliver the exceptional quality and experience you expect.

Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Port St. Lucie, Florida, but we love to travel! While our home base is in Port St. Lucie, we're passionate about capturing moments wherever they may unfold. Whether you're local or planning a destination event, we're more than happy to join you in creating memories that last a lifetime.
Travel Fees: Please note that travel fees may apply for locations outside of Port St. Lucie. These fees cover transportation, accommodation (if necessary), and any additional expenses incurred during travel. We're committed to making your photography experience as seamless as possible, no matter where it takes us.

When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within approximately 3-4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
We offer expedited processing for clients who need their photos sooner. Fees for expedited processing start at $150. Please contact us for availability.
What does basic editing include?
Basic editing includes color correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, and minor touch-ups to enhance the overall look of the images.
Can I request additional retouching for my photos?
Absolutely! Additional retouching can be added to any package starting at $25.00 per image. Whether you need blemish removal, skin smoothing, or other enhancements, we're here to accommodate your preferences.
